Why Sell With Us?

Deciding to sell your house is a major decision. The agent you choose makes or breaks your selling experience. The easiest property sales are a sign of a dedicated, experienced agent. Providing you a positive home-selling experience is simply what I do during every real estate transaction.


As you agent we will:

  • Together, we'll decide your home's value and get the best purchase price possible. What is the best way to determine the value of your home? 
  • Your home will show in top selling condition, and I'll help by suggesting noticeable fixes to prep and stage your home. If you need help paying for the upgrades to get you home in top selling condition we offer assistance with that as well. We call that Renovate To Sell. There is no upfront money out of pocket for you. 
  • If you want to sell your house fast, don't want to list it for sale on the open market, and just want an all cash offer that can close in 10 days, we do that as well. We call it Sell 360. We also will give you a 2nd check after we sell it. Don't get fooled by low ball all cash offers. 
  • Together we will map out a timeline of when you want to sell your home. 
  • Are you over 55 and wonder how Prop 19 plays a roll in your sale? 
  • Does the house need probate
  • Does the house sit in a trust
  • Your house is my top selling priority, and I'll guarantee it gets the exposure it deserves in all available markets, even nationally. Every agent will be exposed to your house.
  • Walk you through the many escrow documents, reports, inspections, appraisal, sale disclosures (over 20 different disclosures), addendums, and agreements (just the one purchase agreement alone is 25 pages) that you will need to sign. 
  • Guide you through over 100 tasks that will need to do done during your Home Seller's Journey. (Don't worry I have them all laid out in a checklist so nothing gets missed).
  • Align the timing of all the people involved so important dates do not get missed: escrow, buyer's agent, title, home inspector, appraiser, lender, termite inspector, HOA, insurance, notary, contractors, movers, photographers, etc. 
  • I'm here when you need me — by email, by phone, or through text. You're my top priority and my schedule and attitude displays that.

What fees do we charge?

The fee for this service starts at 1.5%. In the past seller's have been used to paying 5 or 6% of the sales price with half of that fee going to the buyer's broker. With all the changes that have transpired those fees are now negotiated separately. The buyer's agent negotiates their own fee and the seller's agent negotiates their own fee. The buyer can write in their offer for the seller to pay their fee. Then it is up to you what you want to do. I have spent over 20 years streamlining my business to bring the best value to you. 

I can assure you that you’ll get the best price for your home. It's easy to snap up any agent, but selecting the right agent takes planning.
