First time working with Robert to sell a home. I previously sold a home in 2006 with a slick agent who I think I only met once (the day he introduced himself, made a slick pitch, and I agreed to have him list my home). From then on I don’t think I ever spoke with him directly. It was assistants the rest of the way. My experience with Robert was a polar opposite. Robert was a professional from start to finish. He understood the market in my area, how to price my home compared to comps in the area, what the process would be, how to prepare my home to be sold, and what his sales strategy would be.

Though my condo was not a million dollar home, Robert listed it like it was. His listing was so much better than others in my complex that another agent went as far as to use (without permission) all of his pictures from my community (clubhouse, pool, gym, building exterior, etc) and most of Robert’s write-up too. There is no doubt in my mind that Robert’s professional handling of the listing and sale of my home contributed to me receiving multiple offers that were 10% over my asking price.

During the listing, Robert always kept me informed of what was going on. Robert did this himself, not some office assistant. He presented all of the offers to me, made suggestions and recommendations, and did more counter offers then I could ever imagine an agent having to do. He even countered the offers from buyers that we were sure would not stay in when the price kept going up, but he was as professional with the buyers and their agents as he was with me. Robert also uses DocuSign to handle the tedious process of signing document after document. Just click and go; what a huge time saver.

I could not be happier about my choice to hire Robert MacLean to sell my home. He is a true professional who I recommend highly and would use again in an instant.
