Quickly Find Your Home Value
Real estate values are very market specific. You can’t rely on a newspaper article that talks about the general housing market as a whole. You really need to break it down to the area that you live in. Here are the tools to help you do that.
1) Go to Advanced Search and you will see a map. Move the map and zoom in on where you live. On the left side click on Property Status and check the boxes for the type of information that you want (active, back-up, pending, and/or sold) for your neighborhood. You can even create a profile and have your search results automatically emailed to you every night or weekly.
2) Go to Local Market Statistics fill out the information form and you will receive a customized report for the exact parameters that you want. This will give you very detailed information of the 12 month rolling trend of the housing market in your area. You can take a moment to watch the video to see how to use the report and you can even see a sample report. You will be sent an updated Market report every month.
3) Give me a call. There are many nuances to the value of buying and selling real estate: school district, the extent to the updating/remodeling of the home, proximity to schools, shopping, beach, boat dock, golf course, view, etc., that does not always show up on the data itself, but plays a very important role. There are also many legal issues, disclosures, marketing, and advertising that are involved in selling a home. So, whenever you are ready to talk feel free to give me a call. You can also fill the form out below to get started.
